About the role

Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and execution for complex features or systems across multiple teams or domains, with an emphasis on AI-integrated solutions.
Design and evolve backend and frontend architecture for scalable, high-performance systems.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code and lead code reviews that raise the bar for the entire team.
Drive the release of new features with testing, documentation, and monitoring from day one.
Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data, and operations to shape roadmaps and accelerate impact.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with increasing scope and impact.
Strong expertise in at least one modern language such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Proven experience owning significant systems or product areas from design through launch.
Active, hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow.
Experience in distributed systems, API design, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
