About the role
- What's Under the Hood GoFi is an AI-centric, licensed auto finance company built for a digital-first world.
- GoFi powers solutions ranging from traditional turn-down finance arrangements to fully integrated co-branded finance and digital retail partnerships.
- You'll act as a key connector between Operations, Product, Compliance, and frontline teams to make sure processes are documented, understood, and consistently executed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, business operations, or SOP/documentation management
- Hands-on experience managing documentation systems or knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms)
- Experience supporting operational readiness for process changes, system implementations, or transformation initiatives
- Experience creating operational communications and supporting training or adoption efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to have
- Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with change management frameworks or methodologies
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide process standardization initiatives
