About the role

  • This includes work related to implementations, optimizations, upgrades, integration, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support Epic implementation, optimization, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
  • Configure, test, validate, and support Epic applications aligned with your area of expertise.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and business stakeholders to support project objectives.
  • Participate in workflow analysis, solution design, testing, and go-live activities.

Requirements

  • Current Epic certification in one or more Epic applications (required)
  • Alignment of opportunities to your certifications, module expertise, experience, and availability
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, upgrades, or support services
  • Demonstrated build/configuration experience within your certified application(s)
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems
  • Located in Canada and/or eligible to work for Canadian-based engagements without sponsorship
