Responsibilities

  • Yes Role Type: Full-Time Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the Manager, EDI Operations manages the day-to-day performance and reliability of the company's EDI environment.
  • This role manages the EDI support team, oversees transaction monitoring and issue resolution, and works with internal teams and trading partners to keep critical order, invoice, shipment, and inventory transactions running accurately and on time.
  • The role also improves operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, increasing transaction accuracy, and maintaining strong support standards and documentation.
  • Lead and build the EDI operations team, setting priorities and ensuring effective day-to-day support.
  • Monitor daily EDI transaction activity to ensure critical documents are processed accurately and on time.
  • Partner with internal teams and external trading partners to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
  • Maintain EDI maps, partner setups, support procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Integrations Solutions Lead to maintain and upgrade EDI architecture.
