About the role
- We are looking for a Senior BigPanda Engineer and AIOps subject matter expert with over 5 years of dedicated platform experience.
- You will serve as the chief architect of our event correlation engine, transforming high-volume telemetry data from multi-cloud environments and hybrid monitoring systems into actionable, automated operational insights.
Responsibilities
- GCP Data Ingestion: Design and maintain seamless ingestion pipelines from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) telemetry streams (including GCP Cloud Monitoring/Logging) into the BigPanda correlation platform.
- Lifecycle Architecture: Own the end-to-end observability lifecycle, explicitly driving strategy for high-scale data ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, and enrichment across enterprise cloud ecosystems.
- Mentorship & Enablement: Lead training sessions and strategy workshops for cross-functional engineering teams, utilizing a clear, confidence-inspiring "whiteboard approach" to explain complex data relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience spanning the lifecycle of BigPanda implementation, configuration, and day-to-day administration.
- Solid foundational experience with enterprise monitoring and APM tools such as Moogsoft, Netcool, and Dynatrace.
