Responsibilities
- Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Government Clinic Quality Control Manager (QCM ) to support the client.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years in a quality control, quality assurance, or compliance leadership role
Nice to have
- Managing performance against measurable service standards and metrics (e.g., PRS/AQL frameworks)
- Conducting audits, inspections, and performance evaluations across multi-site operations
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Experience interfacing with Government oversight personnel (e.g., COR, CO) and supporting formal reporting and compliance reviews
- Active and unrestricted clinical license (if applicable), such as:
- Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required if clinically credentialed)
- Quality-related certifications highly desirable, such as:
Compensation

- Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or other licensed healthcare professional)

- Occupational health and clinical service delivery systems
- OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare accreditation standards
- Medical credentialing and privileging processes
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Contractor's Quality Control (QC) program in support of Enterprise Health Unit Services (EHUS) across all FLETC locations.
