Responsibilities

  • Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Government Clinic Quality Control Manager (QCM ) to support the client.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years in a quality control, quality assurance, or compliance leadership role

Nice to have

  • Managing performance against measurable service standards and metrics (e.g., PRS/AQL frameworks)
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and performance evaluations across multi-site operations
  • Leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Experience interfacing with Government oversight personnel (e.g., COR, CO) and supporting formal reporting and compliance reviews
  • Active and unrestricted clinical license (if applicable), such as:
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required if clinically credentialed)
  • Quality-related certifications highly desirable, such as:

Compensation

  • Occupational health and clinical service delivery systems
  • OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare accreditation standards
  • Medical credentialing and privileging processes
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Contractor's Quality Control (QC) program in support of Enterprise Health Unit Services (EHUS) across all FLETC locations.
