About the role
- Deep blockchain understanding; you should be actively using on-chain products and know what is current in the space.
Responsibilities
- Solid understanding of interaction/graphic design fundamentals.
- Ability to create easily understandable story (persona) based solutions.
- Own the design and communication of features & functionalities, documenting their flows and interactions across teams.
- Design user interfaces and write the associated documentation in collaboration with the UI designers including logic, layout, mock-ups, and menu flows.
- Lead iterative prototyping processes in order to validate design intentions and test interactions.
- Conduct user research and build user personas.
- Efficiently use user data analytics, user research resources and personas throughout the entire design process.
- Produce UX documentation to support UX evangelization and align development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX roles on web apps.
- 2+ years experience with blockchain products.
- Shipped 1+ blockchain product in the past 3 years Experience with practical UX design experience in blockchain products.
- Experience with focus groups, user testing and mapping user journeys.
- Ability to switch context across projects.
- The ideal candidate should display adaptability and excel in a small team dedicated to rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Promote user-focus in the development of the features you work on by providing development teams with best practices and solutions.
