About the role

  • Responsible for daily servicing and maintaining of commercial lines customers including rating and marketing; obtaining quotations and assisting in the preparation of Submissions, Proposals and Binders.
  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to Customers, Sales Representatives and Insurance Companies regarding those accounts and other duties, as directed.
  • Reviews and processes Policies, Audits, and Policy changes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains Client files that conform to company standards.
  • Maintains workflows, tasks and incoming mail in Document Management System - WorkSmart.

Requirements

  • Proficiency required in Microsoft products
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • College degree preferred.

  • The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.

Compensation

  • Salary for this position ranges from $62,000.00 - $75,000.00.
  • The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
  • In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

  • Makes recommendations for coverage additions or changes when appropriate.
  • Provides technical support including, but not limited to, completing Applications, Renewal Proposals, Binders, Audits, Coverage Summaries, Endorsements, Cancellations and Certificates of Insurance.
