About the role

  • The Deer Park School District is seeking an Onsite Technicians to join a highly collaborative and service-focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain inventory of assets.
  • Support Windows workstations.
  • Troubleshoot Chromebooks (repair, optimize & reimage).
  • Install and provide immediate support for classroom technology, including projectors, document cameras, and interactive whiteboards/displays.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • We continue to successfully provide network integration, support services, products solutions, and applications services to our valued clients in the northeast.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Patience and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work in a high-activity environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Valid driver's license and daily vehicle availability required to support local travel requirements across all District facilities.
  • Understanding of classroom technology
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of technical experience, deskside preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.

Compensation

  • $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
