About the role
- Reporting to a Project Manager, the responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Project Planning and Coordination: Understanding our client's needs and the scope of the project.
- Scheduling: Weekly resource scheduling, 3 Week Look Ahead, and CPM.
- Schedule and coordinate with Foreman, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Documentation Manage the cost report, accounts receivable, and accounts payable of assigned projects.
- Implement and enforce company and client safety policies.
- Effectively tackles unforeseen challenges with creative solutions. (OR) Analyze complex issues and develop practical, efficient solutions.

Requirements
- 3-5 years Experience with both Public and Private construction is a plus.
- Additional Requirements Required to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent, relevant industry experience.
- Heavy civil experience (grading, paving, earthwork): Sr.
- Project Engineer: 4-7 years Project Engineer: 3-5 years Experience with both Public and Private construction is a plus.
- Able to read and understand Plans and Specifications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels.
