Responsibilities
- Install and maintain office furnishings, materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Our Real Estate team is looking for a Maintenance Technician to help with a lot of the "heavy lifting" for day-to-day tasks in and around our 200,000 sqft building and 17-acre campus.
Requirements
- May be required to operate various tools and equipment in the performance of their duties
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role or relevant job
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred
- Ability to problem solve and repair a variety of equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more when moving furniture or heavy equipment
