About the role

Artiste CFX (effets spéciaux de créatures) Lieu: Québec (hybride) Responsabilités du poste Créer des éléments de haute qualité (cheveux, fourrure, musculature, peau, matériels et costumes) pour des projets en prises de vues réelles.
Travailler à la fois sur les mouvements de personnages animés et ceux provenant de Matchmove, afin de correspondre aux deux surfaces filmées et de créer de nouveaux éléments selon les briefs créatifs.
Communiquer proactivement les meilleures approches que vous envisagez d'entreprendre pour relever les défis techniques et artistiques.

Create high quality hair, fur, muscle, skin and costume assets for live action projects.
Work with both animated and matchmoved character motions to both match filmed surfaces, and to create new elements, per the creative briefs.
Collaborate with your peers in the animation, assets, FX and CG team, sharing your expertise and critical thinking to ensure the best possible results for the project.
Deliver shot work quotas according to schedule.

Knowledge of scripting with Mel or Python, experience with Houdini VEX/scripting
