About the role

  • Ensure Google Meet, Cisco Webex, and all other equipment is functioning for video calls in conference rooms.
  • Assist the Workplace Team with their operational tasks, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Workplace, Events, and Venue teams while also supporting all staff, members, clients, guests, and building personnel in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain and organize event livestreams and videos.
  • Perform moderate manual labor like moving tables or mounting a TV into a wall.
  • Maintain composure in a sometimes stressful, sometimes tedious environment.
  • We accumulate a folder full of process documents that ensure our success in the future.
  • You perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • We are able to efficiently use the Google suite of productivity tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Requirements

  • If you can't be there, you communicate with event staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • About you… You are a skilled troubleshooter.
  • You are organized and plan ahead, but you don't get stressed out when things change at the last minute.
