- This role is critical to preserving product integrity, maintaining accurate METRC seed-to-sale tracking records, and ensuring that all post-harvest activities meet regulatory and consumer-quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain required Ohio cannabis employee credentials.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a cannabis post-harvest, agriculture, food production, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with drying and curing processes, moisture monitoring, and environmental controls.
- Ability to pass all required background checks per Ohio DCC regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly regulated production environment.
