This role is responsible for managing assigned client portfolios, identifying new business, distribution, and service opportunities, and overseeing implementation to ensure seamless execution.

The Senior Account Executive serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, delivering high-quality service and supporting sales growth.
The Senior Account Executive builds strong client relationships, collaborates cross-functionally, safeguards data integrity from proposal through implementation, and evaluates financial performance.
The role also provides strategic recommendations to drive program profitability while managing contracting activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels, including regular engagement with senior leadership.
Identify, present, and support the implementation of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions that drive revenue growth and client retention.

Up to 40% travel required

Ability to work effectively with various company functions and individuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in performing effectively when priorities, direction, and resources change.
Ensure alignment with the established Assurant and line of business goals/objectives.
Apply expert problem-solving skills to the most complex issues and recommend improvements.
Advanced knowledge of channels and Assurant's business.
Preferred residency in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, or Kentucky.

$88,000.00 - $173,300.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
