About the role

  • The Tax Manager will be a key contributor responsible for many different types of tax matters in this growing company and report into the Tax Director.

  • What You'll Be Doing Oversee preparation and filing of Canadian federal and provincial income tax returns and other information returns.

Responsibilities

  • This role will support tax compliance, tax accounting and tax planning initiatives across multiple jurisdictions with the main focus on Canadian tax matters.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax expertise, experience working in multinational environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage international tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions reporting.
  • Provide tax support and guidance to internal stakeholders while assisting with income tax projects and related research initiatives.

Compensation

  • Manage Canadian, International and consolidated quarterly and annual tax accounting provisions under US GAAP.
