About the role
- Provides individual and group academic coaching to enhance students' learning strategies and academic success
- Administers, scores, and interprets learning assessments to inform academic coaching and student success strategies.
- Provides proctoring services for students receiving testing accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Designs and facilitates workshops, informational sessions, and board/licensure preparation resources to support student academic success.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with faculty, staff, students, and prospective students.
- This position may occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in coaching, creating academic resources tailored to meet student needs.
- Familiarity with learning theories and individualized coaching techniques that promote student achievement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant technology platforms.
