- Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is the primary executor of planned and reactive maintenance activities at Redwood Materials.
- Technicians are responsible for keeping equipment, machinery, and facility systems in safe, reliable operating conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support manufacturing and operational processes to meet production, quality, and business objectives
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational, technical, and financial documentation, including reports, logs, and process records
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) to support day-to-day operations
- Support planning and execution activities related to production schedules, materials, and cost or resource utilization
Requirements
- Ability to follow complex written work instructions
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to use scanners, label printers, and other IT/OT equipment
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
- Proficient hazard recognition skills
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods (more than 80% of the shift)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting background roles preferred
