About the role
- The Field Engineer's primary role is to serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers.
- In this function, you will play a crucial role in the customers' pre-sales journey by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit.
- You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in an exciting, collaborative and fast-paced company that's focused on making our customers successful.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
- Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform
- Habitually provide feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to address customer issues with a focus on improving the product experience
- Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Working experience with software development tools and platforms
Compensation
- Approx $175k-$185k OTE with base/commission split 70/30
