About the role

- Reporting to the Americas Commercial Leader, the Director of Source 1 Parts, is a key role in our organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
- 8+ years' progressive experience in aftermarket, channel management, and marketing
- Proven leadership experience in aftermarket channel strategy
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA)
- Technical expertise in HVAC product lines and/or active participation in industry associations (e.g., ASHRAE, HARDI)
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
- Demonstrated success in cross-site and cross-business collaboration
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Six Sigma or working knowledge of lean methodologies preferred for driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
