About the role

As a Residential Instructor, you'll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities.
You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.

You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following
An Associates or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a
Two years of residential experience
Candidates must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
Hours: 2nd shift includes 3 weekdays from 1:30PM-11PM and 1 weekend shift 8AM-11PM.
Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
