About the role
- As a Residential Instructor, you'll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities.
- You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.
Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following
- An Associates or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a
- Two years of residential experience
- Candidates must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation
- $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
- Hours: 2nd shift includes 3 weekdays from 1:30PM-11PM and 1 weekend shift 8AM-11PM.
- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
