About the role

  • This position is critical to the consistent service delivery of revenue cycle management to multiple clients and has a direct responsibility to the unit financial performance.

  • The DBO Lead Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of teams performing revenue cycle functions across multiple clients.
  • The Lead Supervisor will report to the Domestic Business Office leadership team.

Requirements

  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • This includes coordination of system access, equipment, required trainings, and onboarding expectation discussions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, ability to work independently, and be self-motivated are required.
  • Current permanent U.S.
  • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written - and an ability to relay information in an effective manner
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Comfort operating and making decisions in ambiguity
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets and translate outcomes into recommendations for improvement

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this job is $55,000- $75,000.
