About the role
- About the role The Head of Partnerships, Americas is a high-impact role, responsible for helping define and execute the strategy for building and scaling our partnership ecosystem in the United States of America, Canada and into Latin America as the business grows. Working cross-functionally in close collaboration with the Revenue, Product, and Leadership
- teams, this role drives indirect growth by unlocking new routes to market and deepening relationships with key partners. They oversee the full lifecycle of strategic alliances—from identifying and prioritising opportunities, to negotiating high-value contracts, through to developing and delivering joint go-to-market and growth strategies. Responsibilities
- Own the negotiation and closing of complex, long-term strategic agreements.
- Build business cases and partnership models to quantify commercial impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) to ensure partner alignment and success.
- Maintain deep awareness of the competitive landscape and market trends across enterprise, retail, loyalty, and retail media.
