Responsibilities
- In this role, you will build intelligent features and autonomous workflows that enhance user experiences.
- You will work with large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools to develop next-generation interfaces and intelligent assistants that support workflows.
- Build robust orchestration and automation workflows integrating multi-agent capabilities.
- Develop and maintain pipelines for training, benchmarking, validating, and deploying LLMs and autonomous agents into production environments.
- Build and optimize intelligent tools and automation systems that improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure software quality through clean, maintainable, and optimized code, including support for efficient inference.
- Provide technical leadership on best practices for AI integration, process design, documentation, lifecycle management, and security.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions through collaboration, training, and thought leadership across teams.
- Big data analytics with Agentic AI systems to create actionable insights from verified sources.
- Experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, or advanced technology roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries.
- Hands-on experience with MCP and prompt engineering.
- ability to work independently and with senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
