About the role

  • Job Description Summary & Additional Information Job Description Summary: This position is available within the University of Maryland's Division of Information Technology (DIT).
  • The position also assists the Change Team in the delivery and facilitation of readiness workshops, functional overviews, and town halls; including data staging and scenario development.
  • As a member of the team, the position aids in the development of website content, newsletter articles, and other communication activities.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, tailored materials for faculty, staff, and student stakeholder groups.
  • F1 STEM OPT support is not available for this position.

Requirements

  • May be required to work evenings, nights, weekends, or different shifts for extended periods.**
  • Ability to travel around campus for meetings and to attend to duties.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting organizational change, readiness activities, or stakeholder engagement in complex project environments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate impacts and readiness needs for diverse campus audiences.
  • Collaborative and detail‑oriented, able to work effectively with project team members and campus stakeholders in fast‑moving environments

  • Knowledge of organizational principles and time management practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and evaluate options.

Compensation

  • $83,840 - $100,608
