About the role
- The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for supporting and overseeing the daily operations of the Cobre Valley Recreation Center, ensuring high-quality service delivery, financial efficiency, and a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational systems and procedures; advise leadership on policy improvements.
- Support budgeting efforts, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control strategies.
- Support special events, tournaments, and community programs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Current CPR for the Professional, AED, First Aid, and Arizona Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within the first thirty (30) days of employment.

- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.
