About the role

  • The Maintenance Engineer I responds to and completes all general maintenance requests for room calls, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, physical plant, and exterior areas of the property.
  • This position reports to the Engineering Manager.
  • The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $25.20 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

  • Monitor and maintain fire detection system and help with any emergency evacuation

Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, and carpentry
  • Knowledge of company's safety procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have

  • 2 years' experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, and/or plumbing preferred
