About the role

Monday-Friday 9am-1pm (Not a Remote Position) Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues.
We put behavioral health front and center, providing assistance to people with substance abuse issues, addictions and mental health concerns.

This position supports patients remaining engaged in treatment by assisting with employment- and legal-related needs, crisis situations, and other barriers to successful treatment participation and discharge.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, referents, payors, and community providers to coordinate continued care needs and facilitate timely step-down placements.
Maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinicians and multidisciplinary treatment team regarding discharge planning, aftercare progress, and patient needs.

Starting salary $23/hr, based on experience.
