- Logan Health in beautiful Kalispell, MT, is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join their team as Pharmacy Liaison for Outpatient Infusion!
Requirements
- You are an experienced, independent pharmacy technician who enjoys taking initiative and is confident stepping into a newly created role.
- You are highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable navigating prior authorizations, insurance denials, and accurate record tracking.
- Montana Pharmacy Technician licensure required.
- Minimum of two (2) years Pharmacy Technician experience required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word required.
- Possess ability to quickly learn other software programs and extract relevant information required.
- Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and exhibit empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Ensures appropriate documentation in required systems/tracking mechanisms.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word required. Possess ability to quickly learn other software programs and extract relevant information required.
- RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
- ALS (ACLS) within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
- Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed..
Nice to have
- Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent preferred.
- Possess knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology preferred.
