Responsibilities
- Work with functional leaders to manage talent acquisition activities including talent upgrade efforts, as necessary, and advises on market compensation requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on day-to-day employee relations issues; conduct employee investigations and escalate complex issues and investigations to HRBP.
- Design presentations and facilitate training to client groups; provide technical expertise and analytical support
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, majority of which spent in Generalist role
- 1-3 years' experience in employee relations managing complex and sensitive cases
- Master's degree in HR related discipline waives other experience requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Federal, multi-state, and local employment laws/regulations and an understanding of application to HR practices, policies, and programs
- ability to work in a matrix environment

- The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
- In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
- This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
