Responsibilities

  • Provide cleaning and basic facilities support to help maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace Perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance support throughout the facility Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas daily in accordance with Workplace Safety Policies Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors and other surfaces; and shampoo carpets and rugs as needed Maintain and renew floor surface finishes Collect and dispose of trash and debris daily Dust and wax furniture, fixtures, doors, trim, and related furnishings Clean windows, glass doors, interior glass, partitions, frames, and pictures Maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition Complete and maintain documentation for daily, weekly, and monthly facility and equipment checklists Perform minor repairs to fixtures and hardware (doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.) Assemble, disassemble, move, and install office furniture and fixtures Support occasional weekend work to minimize workplace disruption (e.g., carpet cleaning) Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be physically capable of performing custodial and facilities tasks daily Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed TCP is an equal opportunity employer.
