Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Sales Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably with a consumer packaged goods, food, or beverage company preferably with large tier Grocery Retail account experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Skills
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience acceptable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
