Responsibilities
- Legends Global is the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, venues, and brands.
- We deliver a fully integrated solution of premium services that keeps our partners front and center through our white-label approach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying their needs and making personalized sales recommendations.
- Maintain an energetic, positive, and engaging atmosphere for both fans and team members.
- Support merchandising standards, including plan-o-gram execution, product placement, and visual displays.
Requirements
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms.
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to engage diverse fan groups.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during events.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Accuracy in handling cash, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for long periods.
- Availability for 35-40+ hours per week, with flexibility to assist in other areas as needed.
