- Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a motivated and adaptable Traveling Operations and Sales Specialist to join our New York team.

Responsibilities
- Travel to various Chapter studios to provide operational and guest service support
- Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities
- Step into key front-of-house roles (Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support) as needed
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Chapter brand standards
- Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to drive rebooking and retention
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across studios
- Collaborate with studio and regional leadership to support performance metrics such as guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest service, retail, hospitality, or operations
Nice to have
- Leadership experience a plus, as you will fill in for Studio Managers as needed
Compensation
- Salary: $55K+ depending on experience and market, plus expanded earning potential (eligible for monthly incentives)
