About the role

  • Description Location: Fairfax, VA (80%), floater in Manassas, Loudoun, Fredericksburg, Germantown, and Maryland (20%) with mileage reimbursement.
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Salary Range: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience), with the potential to increase to $23 per hour after 3 months based on performance.
  • Clinical (Primary Duties - 80%): Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process lab specimens; perform quality assessments.
  • Administrative (Floater Support - 20%): Greet and check-in patients, verify information, and assist with front desk tasks.
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
  • Assist with billing, insurance verification, and patient coordination as needed. · Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
  • Document accurately in the EMR (GE Centricity preferred).

Requirements

  • This role requires flexibility, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to travel to multiple practice locations.

Compensation

  • $20-$22 per hour (based on experience), with the potential to increase to $23 per hour after 3 months based on performance.
  • $20/hr. to $22/hr. (23/hr. after 3 months based on performance) We offer mileage and incentive reimbursement for full-time employees in this position.
