Good working knowledge of MS Word/Outlook, BI tools, as well as relational databases.
This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonably meet deadlines for work deliverables.
The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work nights, at weekends or on holidays as required.
This position requires no travel however attendance may be required at various local conferences and meetings.

Education and/or Experience
BS/BA and 5+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' of SME in respective areas
Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare, or managed care experience highly preferred.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. Good working knowledge of MS Word/Outlook, BI tools, as well as relational databases.

Ability to work in a team environment

Nice to have

Re-price prospective client claims data against Sav-Rx's pricing engines to demonstrate potential savings.
Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data in clear, visually compelling formats for internal stakeholders and clients.
Respond to requests for custom analyses, including trend identification, scenario modeling, and impact assessments.
Examples may include evaluating the effects of drug pricing changes, regulatory updates, or market shifts on client portfolios.
Ensure data integrity, compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, and alignment with PBM best practices.
Work closely with sales, account management, finance, clinical, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on PBM industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Must be highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented
