Responsibilities
- Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships
- Manage care across 2-3 infusion chairs simultaneously
- Collaborate closely with providers, clinical staff, and infusion leadership
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infusion safety protocols
- Help support efficient, patient-centered infusion workflows as the program grows
- Even experienced infusion nurses receive structured onboarding and support.
- Clinical support from experienced infusion nurses and leadership
- This is a structured, low-volume clinical environment designed to support both patients and nurses.
Requirements
- Strong IV skills required
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative outpatient team
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Strong patient communication and clinical judgment skills
Nice to have
- Prior infusion, oncology, ED, ICU, or high-IV-volume experience preferred
