Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Support fellow team members to ensure exceptional service during every shift.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Current California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, or the ability to obtain them as required by state law.
- Whether you are beginning your hospitality career or bringing years of experience, you'll find opportunities to learn, develop, and make an impact.
- Previous restaurant serving experience.
- A warm, engaging personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails.
- Excellent suggestive selling and guest engagement skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team-first attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
