About the role
- This requires a deep understanding of advanced generative AI, Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (GraphRAG).
- You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, frequently contributing to the team's technical roadmap.
- You will be responsible for identifying analytical and automation opportunities, owning projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Operating in a highly regulated GxP environment, you will build specialized AI agents that assist Analytical Data Scientists across the clinical data lifecycle.
Requirements
- Sc or M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field, with 5 to 7+ years of industrial experience in complex data science/AI engineering projects.
- You d emonstrate experience in independently identifying analytical opportunities, conducting in-depth data exploration, and owning projects from inception to deployment.
- You have a proven track record of driving medium-sized projects that influence business decisions and align with strategic objectives.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range.
