- Certification: Must possess a current Maryland Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification through the Maryland Addiction & Behavioral-Health Professionals Certification Board (MABPCB) at the time of hire.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Additional Requirements: Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation.
