Responsibilities
- Lead a small, high-performing team with a focus on continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and service excellence.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of direct experience in workplace/facilities management, including 2+ years of team leadership.
- Proven record of managing cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record in tactical decision-making, operations oversight, and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of workplace management practices, vendor contracts, and H&S compliance.
- High degree of autonomy with strong judgment in operational, people, and project decisions.
