Requirements
- General knowledge of safe working practices and federal/state OSHA requirements is required as applicable.
- To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, fingers, handle controls, hear, and talk.
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms.
- Employees in an office environment may be required to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds depending on the position.

- Effective communication, negotiation skills and customer focus Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Service Titan experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities
Compensation
- Lead and develop a dynamic team of over 12+ team members in a high-growth and rapidly changing environment Demonstrate strategic decision-making by using sales data, technician feedback, KPI's, and process accountability Define and cascade annual revenue targets, commission structures, and leads the overall planning process.
