Charles Lea Center is looking to hire a part time Community Support Specialist for Montgomery County/Surrounding Counties.
As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead more independent, fulfilling lives.
Help support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the communities where they live, work, learn, and play.

At least 18 years of age
Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
Ability to pass a background check upon hire
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a non-related field and one year of *relevant experience
Associate degree and 2 years of *relevant experience
High School Diploma or General Equivalent with 4 years of *relevant experience
