Responsibilities

  • Aspire encourages internal mobility and supports employees in exploring growth opportunities across the organization.

  • The only exception is an in-program, same-role shift change, which should be handled directly with your manager and HR Partner.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and the PPT process
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train staff effectively
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and professionals
  • Must have satisfactory background checks
  • Master's Degree in Special Education or a related with at least 3-5 years' experience required
  • CT certification in special education (CT 165)
  • Proven experience providing case management support to new teachers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in writing progress reports and presenting at meetings
  • Proficient in conducting evaluation observations and providing constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to advocating for the needs of students with special needs
  • Familiarity with current educational standards and regulations related to special education
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Compensation

  • $75,000-$95,000 per year
