Responsibilities
- Embeds at client facilities to drive adoption of the maintenance operating system across all levels of the organization.
- Prepares and delivers site progress reports for client.
- Maintains accurate deployment logs, coaching records, and milestone documentation.
- Direct experience in a supervisory, or lead role.
Requirements
- Experience operating within a structured maintenance environment.
- Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit.
Compensation
- $40k-$60k

- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of manufacturing operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
