About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a real-world software environment.
You will be at the intersection of product engineering, cloud computing, and complex data environments.
You will play a crucial role in our engineering team, focusing on the analysis of logs and data to assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of key issues.

Issue Triage & Resolution: Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis.
Feature Development: You will be introduced to bug fixing and the initial development of new features, helping to build out our products and solutions.
Collaborate and Document: Serve as a key link between our Quality Assurance, Operations, and and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Eager to Learn: A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to build a career in engineering.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
You have a natural curiosity and a passion for figuring out problems and getting to the root cause of an issue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.
Problem-Solver: You have a natural curiosity and a passion for figuring out problems and getting to the root cause of an issue.

Technical Skills: Some familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of software systems is a plus.

Experience with Application Observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
