About the role
- Playbook works with a group of high-value, long-tenured creators whose relationships predate our current processes.
- These accounts are complex, trust-based, and critical to the business.
- This is a grind-it-out, detail-obsessed role.
Responsibilities
- Be the right hand to our Head of Creator Management - you will be trained by them, work with them to optimize workflows and build relationships with their portfolio of creators.
- Long term - manage a focused portfolio of legacy, high-touch creators who require a personalized, relationship-first approach
- Maintain detailed records of relationship history, preferences, and ongoing commitments
Requirements
- You are expected to be an expert on growing creator business
- A relationship-builder at heart - you enjoy getting to know people deeply and being genuinely useful to them
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently once trained - you are a driver
- Previous experience in account management, creator management, talent management, or a similar client-facing role
