We're looking for a full-time Head of Engineering to lead our global team of developers.

Build and mentor a high-performing technical team of individual contributors, technical leads, and managers.
Drive continual improvement of our technical tooling and engineering practices for high velocity, high reliability software development, including AI-enabled development workflows.
Own technical controls within our enterprise compliance framework that software development life cycle.
Shape our engineering culture and model behaviors that drive ownership, collaboration, and continual growth.
You will own our engineering strategy for precisely and reliably delivering AI-enabled service experiences to patients, caregivers, and practice staff.

You will be accountable for the performance of our engagement and workflow platform that supports tens of thousands of front office interactions with patients and providers each day.
