About the role
- This position combines hands-on expertise with leadership, mentorship, and customer-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, commissioning, and sustainment of deployed systems.
- Serve as primary field point-of-contact for customer operations and mission support.
- Deliver New Equipment Training (NET) and mentorship to junior FSRs.
- Support operational assessments, testing, and extended OCONUS deployments.
- The Field Service Representative III (FSR III) is a senior-level technician providing advanced technical, operational, and training support for Epirus HPM-CUAS systems.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- or 3 years and a Master's degree
- Proven experience supporting complex defense or communications systems.
- Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, operation of power and manual tools/equipment, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment (PPE).
- As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired.

- TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
- Active Secret clearance: TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
- Preferred Skills and Experience:
Skills
- Hands-on experience with counter-UAS or directed energy systems.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
- Experience developing field procedures, checklists, or technical documentation.
- FAA Part 107 certification (or willingness to obtain).

- $99,000 - $120,900 USD
