About the role
- As an Assembler, you will follow established procedures, drawings, and work instructions to assemble electronic and electromechanical products.

Responsibilities
- Work with small, delicate components using tools and fixtures designed to prevent damage and ensure repeatability.
- Maintain an organized, safe work area and support team-based continuous improvement efforts.
- The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and documented procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Experience:
- Soldering small components
- Working with a hot plate for bonding or component prep
- Using a microscope to assemble RF products and inspect once completed
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to producing quality work.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Work Environment
- On-site manufacturing floor with a culture rooted in precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- 0-2 years of assembly experience (electronic/electromechanical preferred).
Skills
- Use basic electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
