About the role

As an Assembler, you will follow established procedures, drawings, and work instructions to assemble electronic and electromechanical products.
This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, focus, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work with small, delicate components using tools and fixtures designed to prevent damage and ensure repeatability.
Maintain an organized, safe work area and support team-based continuous improvement efforts.

Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and documented procedures.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Experience:
Soldering small components
Working with a hot plate for bonding or component prep
Using a microscope to assemble RF products and inspect once completed
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
High attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to producing quality work.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment
On-site manufacturing floor with a culture rooted in precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Use basic electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
